    -Warmups (with instructional / demo videos)

    -Technique analysis through video feedback

    -Conditioning / energy systems training (if/when applicable)

    -Weekly check ins - Troubleshooting training, nutrition or other relating lifestyle factors

    -Adjustments as needed based to ensure continued progress
